Refund Policy

 

The Ballarat and District Genealogy Society INC endeavours to ensure your are charged correctly for all donations and memberships.

In the event something doesn't go quite right and you require a refund please contact us by one of the following methods:

We will refund the amount to the original card used for the donation/membership. 

Refunds will be actioned within a reasonable time from us becoming aware of the need of a refund.

 

 

The aim of the society is to help people discover their family history. To have appropriate records available, with guidance in ways to research and record their history and genealogy.
